Sasha Langford

Sasha is passionate about fostering supportive learning environments that emphasize creativity and nurture each student’s unique interests. Over the past ten years, she has worked in professional capacities teaching everything from drum lessons, to improv theatre, to bike mechanics, to undergraduate college courses.  Sasha is an active musician and has composed scores for dance and animation, as well as toured internationally with her solo experimental electronic music project.  A devout nerd for contemporary philosophy and cultural theory, she holds a Masters degree in Media Studies from Concordia University.  At Brainboost, Sasha‘s diverse skills are put to use, as she works with students on English, Social Studies, Math, and a little bit of everything.  When not at work, she can often be found hanging out at a DIY music show, drinking an excessive amount of green tea, or freaking out over a cute dog.
