Welcome to the HUB

The HUB is a "A Place for Learning and Doing" where students, tutors, parents and others come to share their knowledge, expertise and individuality. People come together at The HUB, and then go out back into the world and share their new found knowledge and skills with the wider world.

Welcome to the HUB

After climbing the stairs from Broadway Street, you are first greeted with our lovely patio. When the weather allows, sessions can take place outside in the sun.

The guest lounge

Big, comfy couches and ample reading material keep parents and students happy alike.

Free coffee and tea

Guests and students are welcome to free coffee and tea, as well as daily snacks for a nominal price.

What's happening?

One of our daily 'what's on today' boards lets you know of any special events and services.

Fresh veggies

Students who are interested get hands on experience by helping take care of our gardens - tomatoes and sunflowers in the summer, leafy greens in the winter.

Resource Library

We have a vast library of novels, textbooks, magazines, graphic novels and children's books. Whatever your literary taste, we've got you covered.

Dedicated study spaces

One of our three classrooms - in this case, a Homework Help session is just winding down.

Resource Library

Our resource library contains a plethora of print and electronic resources that can be used by students, tutors and parents. You'll find hand-selected novels, non-fiction on the most relevant and fascinating topics we can find, as well as tons of educational software,videos, games, worksheets and books. Come in and take a look.

Great Study Spaces

If you need a quiet place to work, the HUB is for you! Our tutoring takes place in private, quiet offices with all the supplies you need (computers included!) If you're working on homework, you'll find our Homework Help room has lots of great study spaces and also all the supplies and space you need.

A Great Vibe

We genuinely enjoy our students, and it shows. It's our mission that students find their visits interesting, and that they have meaningful interactions with people of all types. If you come a few minutes early for a session, have a seat on our comfy couch, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee from our coffee bar, put your feet up and read for a few minutes. If you've got something to say, then say it! We're always looking for students to add decor, post their thoughts on our blog, and contribute to our community in any and all ways!
